This Christmas cuddly cave from Trixie is a soft hiding and sleeping place in red and white. The cave is made of polyester with a sheepskin look and has a foam filling. Your pet lies soft and sheltered.
The base is non-slip. So the cave does not slide away when your pet climbs in or out. Small rodents like to sleep in an enclosed den. This cave offers them that, with a Christmas feel on top. Also provide at least one hiding place per animal, and preferably one extra.
Suitable for
Trixie made this cave for mice and hamsters. At 15 × 15 × 12 cm it also suits gerbils and young rats or degus. For adult rats and degus it is tight. For rabbits and guinea pigs the cave is too small as a sleeping place.
The cave is made of fabric and has a filling. So keep an eye on whether your pet gnaws on it or swallows pieces of fabric or filling. If you see that, remove the cave. Place it in a dry spot, away from the water bottle.
