A ball with a bell hangs on the tunnel and immediately attracts curious animals. Sniffing, running, hiding and popping up again: the play area becomes a small adventure.
Animals that explore a lot are often contented animals. Ferrets are true explorers and love disappearing into passages and reappearing somewhere else. Rabbits explore the passages at their own pace and use them to be out of sight for a moment. Guinea pigs appreciate the extra exits, because they never get stuck.
Turn it into a search game. Place some hay or a few dried herbs at the entrances and in the passages, so your pet finds its way while sniffing around. Indoors, lay the Labyrint on a fleece blanket for a warm, soft surface. Outdoors, put it in the run on a dry spot. The tunnel is foldable, so after playtime you tidy it away in no time.
The diameter is 25 cm. That suits guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and smaller rabbits, as well as ferrets. For large rabbit breeds the tunnel is too narrow. Only use the Labyrint under supervision. Rabbits and ferrets may chew the material, and ferrets like to tug at small parts such as the ball. If you see your pet starting to chew, remove the tunnel.
After all that exploring, it is time to rest. For ferrets, a clean layer of bedding for ferrets keeps the enclosure fresh. For guinea pigs there is low-dust Zooply bedding for guinea pigs. Shake out the tunnel after use and keep it dry. If there is a small hole or the ball comes loose, replace it.
Both tunnels are 80 cm and have several passages. The difference lies in the shape and layout of the passages. Which one you choose is mostly a matter of taste. For more variety, you can also use both.
