Selective Meadow Loops are rabbit treats from the Selective range. They are rich in natural ingredients, high in fibre and free from sugars and artificial colourings. You can give them by hand, but they are also great for letting your rabbit search.
In the wild, rabbits spend a large part of the day looking for food. You can recreate that behaviour at home. Hide a few loops in a pile of hay, under a cardboard box with holes or spread out in the run. Your rabbit will sniff and dig and stay busy for a while. Change the spots regularly to keep it exciting.
Use only a few pieces for such a search. Treats are a small extra next to unlimited fresh hay, a little pellet food, fresh greens every day and always clean water. Dried herbs, such as those from Zooply, are also fun to hide in the same way.
A few loops as a reward is fine, but keep it small. In case of overweight, talk to your vet and make sure your rabbit eats plenty of hay and gets enough exercise.
