Blue and white paper bedding for a cheerful enclosure. Also nice to combine in hamster scaping. 36 litre bale. Read more.
Would you like to give your rodent's enclosure a different look? Über Paper Bedding Blue/White is paper bedding in a mix of blue and white. It creates a fresh, cheerful effect, for example in a tank with a large transparent front where you can see the bedding layer clearly. The bale holds 36 litres.
Hamsters, gerbils and mice love to dig. Give them a thick layer of at least about 20 centimetres so they can make tunnels and burrows. Mix in some hay and the tunnels will hold their shape better. Rats use the floor less for digging, but they do like a soft surface.
In hamster scaping you set up the enclosure as naturally as possible with cork, branches and hiding places. A coloured layer can be combined with a natural bedding. For example, use the blue and white bedding in one corner or as the top layer. Sprinkle some dried herbs or flowers through the bedding to give your pet something to search for.
Yes. You can create layers or corners with different colours or a natural bedding. That gives the enclosure its own look.
Dwarf hamsters love to dig too. We advise a layer of at least about 20 centimetres. More is better, if the enclosure is tall enough.
Preferably not. Remove wet spots and spoiled fresh food, but leave your hamster's nest and food store in place as much as possible.
