Über Paper Bedding Pink/White is paper bedding in pink and white, packed in a 36 litre bale. Paper is a soft, safe material that rodents love to drag around and build a nest with. True nest builders such as mice and rats get a lot of enjoyment out of it.
Fancy mice are small, active animals that need lots of enrichment. A soft paper floor to rummage in, with tubes and climbing options above it, suits their natural behaviour well. With mice, do not always replace all the bedding at once. They mark their enclosure with urine and a completely odour-free cage causes stress. Do refresh dirty spots regularly.
Rats are clever and very social. They have sensitive airways, so keep the enclosure clean and choose bedding without added scents. Hamsters and gerbils enjoy Über Pink/White too, as long as the layer is deep enough to dig in: at least about 20 centimetres.
Paper is a safe nesting material. You can put a handful in the sleeping house. Your pets will also drag it to their favourite spot themselves.
Remove dirty and wet spots regularly. Do not replace everything at once, but leave part of the old bedding in place. That keeps the familiar scent.
